Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account to start the return process
- Select the order and items you wish to return
- Choose whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days
- Exchanges: Processed within 7-10 business days
You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is complete.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired size/color is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Conditions for Returns
Items must:
- Be in original packaging
- Show no signs of wear or damage
- Include all original tags and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Products without original tags
- Used or damaged merchandise
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will exclude original shipping charges.
Sale Items
Sale items may have different return conditions as specified at time of purchase.
Final Sale Items
All sales are final for items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
